Once designed, the steel dies are manufactured and used for aluminum extrusion.
During this high-tech process, the aluminum is compressed and passed through the holes of the prepared die, forming one piece bars and profiles in extruded aluminum and this is done using the latest generation industrial machinery, ensuring extreme precision.
After being used, the dies are archived for possible subsequent reuse.
